Restored blazing fast Accelerator Keys functionality

v2.1.0 has been released, restoring blazing fast Accelerator Keys functionality.

The previous update inadvertently introduced bugs that slowed down the use of Accelerator Keys. And I know that was a pain for many of you. This update re-instates the ability to mash buttons without restraint, and have Accelerator Keys work without error.
Added support for Alt + A + J (show detail) and Alt + A + H (hide detail) - thanks victor!

This latest version of Accelerator Keys has been tested with macOS Sequoia.
